About Us
Devshree House was established in the year 2006 with the objective of providing Finest Residential Hostel facilities to the studious girls coming to Kota from all over the country. We were the pioneers in the Quality Hostel services for Girl students of famous coaching institutes like ALLEN , Resonance , Career Point , Bansal Classes & Vibrant etc.
Devshree House is prominently located in the heart of educational hub at Talwandi ,Kota. Our hostel is just walking distance from both top rated institutes ALLEN & RESONANCE. We are located just 12 Kms from Kota Junction Railway Station. Devshree House is a fully residential property constructed over 10,000 square feet spread across 4 floors.

Our Rooms
There are 45 Rooms in various options like Air Conditioned , Air Cooled , Single or Double . All Rooms have attached Western Toilets , Balconies , Study table , Chair , Cupboard , Bed & Mattress , Whiteboards and storage space. There is a mess and dinning hall at the ground floor where hot & wholesome tasty Vegetarian meals are served to all students & guest parents. Other facilities include laundry services , daily housekeeping , a high speed Elevator , Hot water Boiler , and Generator Power back up.
Safety & security are topmost priority at Devshree House with a 24 hours residential lady warden , 24 hours security guards , additional daytime warden and maid servants to make Devshree truly a Home away from home.
Amenities
There are around 45 fully furnished rooms in our Hostel. All the rooms have attached Western Toilets and Balconies.All Rooms are available on First Come First Serve basis . There are 4 categories of Rooms to choose from : AC Single , AC Double , Cooler Single or Cooler Double . All rooms have separate electrical meters installed to monitor individual electricity consumption and be fair to all students. The electricity charges are payable extra per month depending on actual consumption.
